My chuck jaws are not seated correctly, how do I fix this?
Unscrew the chuck knob, open the jaws just enough to remove the drill bit. Using the palm of your hand, lightly press down on the top of the jaws until they bottom out in the jaw-retainer slots. This helps seat the jaws correctly.
