How do I replace my System 5 locating-hole coiled insert?
First remove the red ejector bushing to expose the hole. Then carefully extract the coiled insert without damaging the threads. If threads are good, replace with the correct insert; if damaged, you'll need to drill, tap, and install a solid insert.
