YRL has always supplied a range of blank flange specifications coated with Ebonite…Natural or synthetic rubber. Due to recent development work with a major UK chemical manufacturer YRL can now supply blank flanges made from polypropylene. Typically a polypropylene blank will be used as a temporary blanking measure during pipe work overhaul and maintenance. Polypropylene pipe has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance properties making it ideal for a range of industrial pipe supply purposes.
