Founded in 1979, Wrekin Shell Mouldings specialises in manufacturing complex castings using the highly specialised shell moulding process in Bronze LG2 (CC491K), LG4 (CC492K) Phosphor Bronze (PB2) and G3. Our fully tooled machine shop can also offer finished components using CNC precision machining processes. Not only are we the principal manufacturer for our in-house companies Dynafluid, Gresswell Valves & William Eagles but also to a vast range of external industries such as railways, marine, water & fire-fittings, fire protection equipment, automotive, pneumatics, valve, construction industry, in fact any product where complex structures need to be made with precision & cost-effectiveness. Our on-site set up allows us to see the manufacturing process through from start to finish with our CAD/CAM design facilities, well-equipped pattern shop & tool-room and advanced robotised CNC machinery. Quality is an obsession at all stages of manufacture & inspection as we are certified to ISO 9001, all castings are spectrometer-analysed & full batch traceability is maintained.
