New and Existing Tooling Manufacture

Our toolroom enables us to manufacture new and repair existing tooling on site. Consisting of a large array of technology to keep new tooling and press repair to its optimum time scales. The toolroom consists of Lathe’s for turned parts, Jig borer’s for milling and precision hole drilling and tapping as well as various grinding machines (surface, CNC, diaform and cylindrical), CNC milling machinery for fast and accurate milling. Also we have Agie Wire erosion machines, capable of cutting extremely complex shapes and with extreme accuracy.
