Wilki tissue and tea bag shredders use twin or triple offset shredder heads to process tissue, light crepe paper and similar materials into a suitable finished size. The shredded product is commonly used as absorbent and hygienic bedding for small animals and can be packed in sizes ranging from 100g to 2kg. Each system can be manufactured to meet individual customer requirements, with standard production capacities typically ranging from 500kg to 2,000kg per hour. This provides a cost-effective solution for converting lightweight paper materials into a commercially useful product.
