Closed Circuit Machines

Closed Circuit Machines utilise a special high performance blast and recovery system that enables them to be used without either dust or disposal problems. In our Closed Circuit Machines spent abrasive dust and debris is recovered continuously and abrasive that is reusable recycled back to the gun. Typical Closed Circuit Machines applications include: • Rust and heat scale removal • Paint removal • Weld preparation and post weld cleaning • Print roll etching (in conjunction with a lathe) • Preparation for painting, bonding and plating • Surface texturing • Localised removal of damaged coatings • Corrosion removal
