We offer heat treatment processes which can be performed on metallic components to provide a range of material properties. Examples of heat treatments include: Alloyed aluminum sheet: Soft annealing 400°C to 450°C Recovery by annealing 300°C to 400°C Solution heat treatment 470°C to 550°C plus quench Elevated-temperature age hardening 120°C to 200°C Steel and titanium: Stress-free annealing and straightening at 600°C
