It is designed to protect the rescuer and the victim from cross-contamination when manual resuscitation is being performed. The single-use one-way valve and membrane prevents the transference of fluids and particles, and the transparent dome allows the rescuer to visually check the victim's lip colour and check for emesis. The Pocket Face Mask is supplied in a compact and durable clamshell case, ideal for first aid kits. Replacement filters are available to purchase separately.
