Wernick Power Solutions expands through acquisition of Anderson Engineering

Wernick Power Solutions Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Anderson Engineering (Generator Specialists) Ltd. This acquisition will solidify Wernick’s position within the Scottish temporary power market and will significantly increase its presence in the Aquaculture sector on the West coast.

Anderson Engineering has established its position as a key player on the West coast of Scotland, with a strong reputation for serving the fish farm and marine sectors. The expertise and reputation built up over the years by Ian and Donald Anderson will prove invaluable in Wernick’s ability to now drive forward in this sector.  Donald and Ian’s senior salesman, Kenny Law, has also been key in developing the existing client relationships.

Wernick’s Chairman, David Wernick commented, “We are delighted with this acquisition and by the end of this month, all operations of Anderson Engineering will seamlessly transition to our Glasgow depot.
