Screwdriving Controller for Automated Assembly

A screwdriver is only as smart as what is controlling it. A screwdriving controller for automated assembly keeps speed, torque and depth where they should be on every joint.

Control splits two ways. Process control runs the screwdriving itself. Sequence control runs everything around it, such as spindle stroke, feeding and talking to other kit.

For process control, the C5S process controller handles simple jobs, the C30S process controller covers complex ones and the C50S process controller is fully programmable. For sequence control, there is the CU10 / CU15 sequence controller and the PLC-based CU30 sequence controller.

Everything is designed to coordinate across the screwdrivers and feeders.
