The multifit cutter system features a toolholder which accepts a range of TC cutter knives for producing larger Ovolo or Reeds in a production environment on CNC machines. The easily replaced knives are available in a range of profiles. Spindle speed 18,000rpm, 3 metres per minute feed rate. Cut in two passes, firstly at 2/3 full depth, leaving a finishing pass. Knives need to be ordered separately from the holder.
