The Zanon ZL 600S battery-powered tying machine is designed to make vineyard tying faster, easier and more efficient. Capable of working up to five times faster than manual binding, it helps reduce labour time and associated costs, while the standard battery provides enough power for a full working day on a single charge, delivering up to 13,000 bindings at speeds of 60 ties per minute.
The ZL 600S works close to the vine and offers a choice of three binding modes to suit different requirements: 3 turns for normal, 7 turns for medium and 11 turns for narrow. It is also designed with operator comfort in mind, with a balanced grip position that helps reduce strain and the risk of musculoskeletal issues associated with manual tying.
