Stair Nosing

It is a legal obligation to have nosing on commercial stairs. Ref. M (ADM) Building Regulations 2000 & BS8300 : 2009 & A1 : 2010. It protects the edge of the floor covering from wearing, and prolongs it’s life which minimises trip hazards. There are choices between the large ranges available, depending on the traffic levels.
