UV Lamp Heads

These simple UV reflector units are mostly used by small system integrators or to fill a product “gap” in an OEM?s product range or used by coating companies who require a simple curing solution and have the engineering ability to construct their own system. They are used to operate and focus uv-lamps and reflect the UV energy onto the desired substrate. In combination with the right supply of air flow, they also control the appropriate cooling of the lamp. By rotation of both reflector sections, the UV and IR radiation can be shielded from the substrate when the process is in standby or has stopped. This simple mechanism can also be used as a method of focusing or de-focusing the intensity of the UV simulating an elliptical or parabolic focus. These UV reflector units are produced from corrosion-resistant materials, all critical components are manufactured from aluminum or high-grade steel.UV Technik can provide the complete set of components including lamps, power supplies and at customer request, control cabinets to enable third parties to manufacture simple UV curing systems.
