It is illegal to deliberately poison foxes in the UK and there are steep penalties for offenders that a caught. There is no excuse for this act in any way. It's hard to believe that some still thing it is acceptable to poison nuisance foxes rather than seek professional help. Not only is this act cruel but it could endanger children, adults, domestic pets at risk of accidental poisoning. IGNORANCE IS NOT DEFENCE IN COURT
