Tricast 4 – 64kg/M3 Density Marine & Buoyancy Medium Density Polyurethane Foam

The lowest density of the range usually used as a structural core material. Medium density polyurethane foam suitable for GRP composite moulds and panels, easy to shape, offering a stiffer surface finish suitable for vacuum infused moulds and hand lay-up moulding. Doors and side impact panels, cabinets & thermally insulated panels. Carving of profile shapes, good detail and effective for more complex profiles. Available in scoreboard with or without scrim backing. Withstands the application of glass & resin at lamination stage. Maximum Block size of 2.44 x 1.22M @ up to 400mm high/deep.
