North & North East Stannah Service Branch has moved

We are thrilled to share the news that our North & North East England service branch, often referred to as the Gateshead branch, has relocated its offices from Metro Riverside Park to the Team Valley Trading Estate in September.

For approximately five years, the Stannah service branch has been diligently supporting lifts and stairlifts in homes and businesses across the North and North East from its previous location. However, as we continued to grow, it became evident that we had outgrown our old premises. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to the region drove us to secure a much larger space.

The new premises offer more than just room to expand; they provide an opportunity for us to co-locate with other Stannah operations. Notably, the Northern installations depot for stairlifts and home lifts will also call this new branch home. This consolidation promises improved communication and knowledge sharing among previously separate teams.

Furthermore, we are excited to announce plans for a brand-new showroom. This space will allow prospective homelift and stairlift customers to experience our products firsthand before making a decision.

Barry Howatt, Branch Manager of the North & North East England branch, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "This is a fantastic opportunity for us to establish a Northern hub, enhancing efficiency and response times for our valued customers. I'm particularly excited about the collaborative learning opportunities this move will bring to our team."
