Folding Aluminium & Rubber Threshold Drive-In System (2ft - 8ft & 1" - 4")

A portable Drive-In system combines some of our most popular products in one convenient package. You may choose from our portable single folding aluminium ramps with a length of 2 - 8ft or our rubber threshold ramps with a height of 1 - 4". By combining these products, you are able to drive over obstacles or tricky doorways, such as UPVC.

Bridge doorways and thresholds with The Ramp People's Drive-in System, which includes a rubber threshold ramp and a folding wheelchair ramp. Perfect for use at home or in shops and workplaces, the ramps can be used to overcome difficult uPVC door thresholds and areas where the height varies on either side of the doorway.  With the folding ramp available in lengths up to 8ft, the system can be used to overcome several steps outside, whilst the rubber ramp can be used to overcome the internal threshold height.  For those who are concerned about the weight of the wheelchair or mobility scooter on the threshold, select a rubber ramp which is slightly higher than your door threshold to allow the folding ramp to rest on the rubber ramp, safely bypassing the doorframe. Alternatively, the rubber ramp can be placed inside with the folding ramp on the outside.  The widths of the aluminium ramp and rubber ramp differ. Check the description to see the widths of each product selected. The 2ft - 6ft folding ramps have a flat hinge, the 7ft and 8ft folding ramps have a barrel hinge.
