Double Half Step With Handrail

The combination of two half steps allows steps to become more manageable for users. This kit includes two adjustable half steps and two single handrails to assist users in overcoming steps and thresholds. The kit, which is designed to be fixed in place, includes a height extension to allow the steps to be set to heights up to 200mm.

I am interested in the Adjustable Half Step with Handrail. Should I choose the Standard, Large, or Extra Large size?Please consider the space available, abilities and the mobility aid being used. The standard is most suitable for walking sticks. For walking frames we would suggest the large whilst for rollators, the extra large is recommended. Does The Ramp People's Adjustable Half Step with Handrails need to be secured to the ground? When used with the handrail, the half step should be secured to the ground for stability. I plan to secure the Adjustable Half Step to the ground, what fixings do I require?To secure the step to the ground we suggest a SDS drill along with a 6, 7 or 8mm SDS drill bit. You will also need raw plugs to fit the hole size and either wood screws or concrete screws (not provided). How long does it take to assemble the Adjustable Half Step With Handrail?Assembly usually takes less than an hour. The step comes pre-assembled—just attach the feet, toe plate, and handrails (if purchased). Assembly fixings are included. Ground fixings are not provided.
