LEV Testing for Kitchens and Bakeries

Flour extraction in bakeries and some kitchen processes count as LEV. They need testing on schedule too.

Each test comes with full report sheets covering the system, the results and any remedial work recommended.

A system counts as LEV if it captures airborne dust or fume at or close to where it is released and conveys it safely for collection or discharge.
