Failed LEV Test

A failed test means exposure may not be controlled. The report explains why and what needs doing.

Under COSHH Regulation 9, control measures must be kept efficient, in good repair and clean, with thorough examination and testing at least every 14 months.

A system counts as LEV if it captures airborne dust or fume at or close to where it is released and conveys it safely for collection or discharge.
