DC and RF Power Supplies

To compliment our range of magnetron sources we have a selection of DC and RF power supplies. The power supplies come with a full set of cables and are pre-configured for trouble free start-up. DC power supplies range from 500, 1000 and 1500 watts. They feature efficient switching technology, arc suppression, remote connector and interlocks. RF power supplies range from 500, 1000 and 2000 watts. Solid state supplies are programmable with process storage and power ramp-up and ramp-down to reduce thermal stress on targets. RF auto-matching networks range from 500, 1000 and 2000 watts. They include one vacuum and one air capacitor for optimum reliability. Air cooling is the standard configuration.
