Product Focus: ServoFoxx Hypoid Gearboxes Our ServoFoxx® hypoid gearboxes are designed specifically for dynamic servo motors. They are able to achieve high transmission ratios in just one stage with high precision and low backlash. Our new hypoid gearboxes are low maintenance, lubricated for life, have a corrosion resistant surface finish and a backlash free torsionally stiff coupling at the input. Ratios are from 5:1 to 15:1, depending on gearbox size. All the ratios of each gearbox size have the same dimensions. Interchangeable flange plates and couplings at the input cater for current ranges of servo motors. Features & Benefits Revolutionary motor mount. A flexible motor connection eliminates misalignment and gear defection. Two part flange and coupling design allows for connection with virtually any servo motor Ground Klingelnberg spiral bevel gears for precise, smooth, reliable and predictable rotary motion. All faces machined and with tapped holes for universal mounting on all six sides. Lubricated for life Corrosion resistant surface finish Specifications Torque up to 2118Nm Speed up to 3000 r/min (higher speeds available on request)
