The exceptionally fast Turbopurge™ feature means that testing can be done in 3-12 hours providing much greater production throughput. The analyser has the ability to test a variety of samples; bottles, packages and films. Improved software capability allows individual packages to be started, stopped or delayed during testing. Also available are adaptors for different applications such as complete package testing, including bottles with closures. The 8700 is ideal for use in applications such as beer bottle manufacturing, where oxygen permeability is key as permeation of oxygen through the bottle will have a significant influence on the products shelf life. The Systech 8700 comes with 11 test chambers as standard with the option to add 5 expansion units (66 test chambers in total) controlled by a single work station.
