District cooling stations
A completely new product was developed and introduced by the DHS department last year: the District Cooling Station. District cooling is an environmentally friendly way of producing a comfortable indoor climate. The cold water distributed is produced by large free cooling systems using e.g. seawater or by large heat pumps with environmentally friendly refrigerant, which produce heat at the same time for the district heating network. District cooling reduces the use of refrigerants and electrical power consumption, is reliable and reduces the cost of servicing and maintenance.
