Atrepan proving cabinets are made in Italy and offer excellent quality and great value The cabinets are supplied in various specifications with either a plain plasticoat finish as in the pictures or with a stainless steel finish on request. They can be made to almost any size from a single rack to a 40 rack unit with many configurations for the doors such as 2 doors to the front or 1 front and 1 to the rear (tunnel type) etc. They are available with or without a stainless steel floor The heat and steam generator can be either roof mounted (standard) or inside the cabinet if height is an issue All cabinets are supplied to us as a flat pack kit that we assemble on site so if access is limited this is usually not a problem Please call with your requirements and we will be happy to offer a quotation
