A caster which offers the option of either swivel or rigid operation in a single unit has been released by Sugatsune of Japan. A Visually strong blue dual foot lever allows the user to select either brake by pressing the inner concentric lever or swivel lock by pressing the outer lever. The caster has benefited from Sugatsunes's meticulous design process so that along with being highly functional it is looks good and has a long duty cycle.
