Japan's taking a holiday so if you want products that require air-shipment before the 27th August, order by the 4th August.

The Japanese are not known for taking long summer breaks, however they do have lots of public holidays throughout the year. For three days in August they will be celebrating their ancestors during the Obon festival. What it means for us is that our usual air shipment for mid August will be postponed until the 25th. So if you know that you will need products from our head office in Japan let us know by the 4th August and we'll get it sent in as usual and you'll have it by the 13th. If you leave it until the 5th August it will then take until the 27th to get to you. Hope that is all clear, any questions do give our customer services team a ring and they will clarify for you
