Litigation support Partner Jon Griffey heads up our litigation support team and has acted as expert witness in cases that have been brought before the courts. Disputes such as loss of profits claims, matrimonial or shareholder disputes can require an independent, expert view of the facts which Hackett Griffey are well placed to provide. We frequently instruct Counsel on behalf of clients, even to the extent of instructing QCs to represent our clients before the High Court.
