Aluminium Studs 100×100 mm

Aluminium Studs 100×100 mm is part of the Street Furnishings range for highway, streetscape and public-realm projects.

Each stud is cast from aluminium alloy conforming to BS1490:1988. Supplied with a raised pro-file to assist skid resistance and fishtail shank. Well suited to most road surfaces – a cheaper short-term alternative to the stainless steel type when a compromise on quality is a necessity. All studs conform to BS873 Part 4.

Also, Offered in Stainless Steel. Each stud is made from austenitic stainless steel (18% chrome, 8% nickel) specially heat treated which ensures maximum toughness, strength and rust resistance. Available with either fishtail or chisel shank designed and shaped to prevent twisting after installation. To assist skid resistance a serrated face is also available (chisel shank only).A superior quality road stud appropriate for any type of road surface, its durability pro-vides excellent cost effectiveness.
