Our School and academy prep room roller racking uses Gratnell trays to provide the ability to increase the storage capacity of your science prep room. Ideal for all schools, academies and colleges where Gratnell trays are already in use or if you need to expand your storage. All manner of prep room equipment, reagents and consumables can be stored within the rolling storage. Up to 150% increase in storage capacity can be achieved with the prep room roller racking, this is because we mount the Gratnell frames with their trays onto our mobile shelving system which condenses the space required. We can then offer either increased storage capacity or the same capacity but in a much smaller footprint. The photo shows the roller racking system fitted with white decorative panels that match the prep room furniture. We can offer a wide range of panels to suit all finishes required as well as offering a detailed design service. Because the system uses Gratnell trays you have the option to use your existing trays, or specify the system to be supplied with new trays. All Gratnell trays are compatible with other Gratnell storage and furniture items. We can supply trays in 4 sizes – shallow / deep / extra-deep / jumbo and in the full range of colour options. It is possible to mix and match trays sizes and colours within one system Installation of the roller racking can normally be carried out in a relatively short timeframe, depending on the size of the system, and we are able to work flexibly with the school on suitable dates for installations.
