Racking Drip Tray

Our racking drip tray covers all eventualities and requirements for spill containment. We can provide solutions for small bottles and containers, drums and IBCs to mitigate the risk for a spill or loss of containment of the stored liquids. Options for spill containment include Shelf fitted drip trays: these provide containment for each shelf and any spill can be quicky and easily cleaned up Base drip trays: these sit under each racking bay, catching and drips or leaks Undershelf drip trays: mounted underneath each beam level the drip tray is positioned to catch any drips or minor leaks. The tray can be slid out to be cleaned independent of the items stored on the beams. Spill pallet: Our largest containment solution, designed to provide containment for a drum or IBC The UK HSE’s requirements for secondary containment for storing liquids requires secondary containment with a capacity of 110% of the largest container’s volume, or 25% of the total volume of all containers, whichever is greater, to prevent spills from reaching the environment. We have a lot of experience with calculating the required volumes and specifications for the racking drip tray or bunds.
