The stainless steel roller racking is adjustable and is made to suit the products to be stored. Roller racking allows high density storage by combining a common aisle with multiple moving bases, simply move the base along to access the next row of racking. This design can increase storage capacity by up to 150% vs standard static racking or shelving, while decreasing the required floor area required for the installation. Options include either solid, perforated or wire shelving available in a full range of sizes, manufactured from 304 stainless steel. Protective rubber sheeting or mats can be added to protect equipment from direct metal to metal contact. Direct to floor tracks ensure that the system can be fully cleaned including all areas of the floor under the mobile bases, eliminating dead zones and non-cleanable areas.
