Oil Drain Trolley

The oil drain trolley allows simultaneous draining of compressor separation vessels during the maintenance process. Each tank can be placed on the trolley and tilted to allow free draining of viscous oils and fluids into the collector tray directing the drained oil into a suitable collection drum. Ideal for maintenance routines of train air conditioning units or other applications where accumulated oil is to be drained from pressure vessels. The vessels are held securely on the trolley while draining, with the rear adjustment bar having multiple set positions so the drain angle can be adjusted as needed. Adjustment is completed via a hydraulic jack supplied with the trolley, allowing easy adjustment. A locking pin at each end keeps the adjustable top bar safely in position. Smooth rolling castors with brakes provides easy maneuvering of the trolley and transport of the vessels around the maintenance bay.
