We can design and install mobile shelving lighting upgrades to suit your existing or new mobile shelving or roller racking installations to improve the area illumination. Are your aisles too dark within your mobile shelving or roller racking? Is it hard to read the shelf labels or scan barcodes? With high density storage systems lighting levels can be greatly reduced, which in turn makes it hard to read or scan barcodes and labels of your products. Unless the mobile shelving system and lighting installation were designed together it is unlikely that you will have full illumination of each aisle to the sufficient lux levels. Our LED mobile shelving lighting upgrades ensure each aisle is correctly lit to provide a safe and well illuminated working environment. Lighting can either be installed as a fixed installation covering each aisle or for electronically powered systems it is possible to integrate the lighting into the roller racking control system, therefore switching on and off the lighting as the aisles open and close. It is also possible to install the lighting with PIR sensor technology to reduce energy consumption and electricity costs.
