Medical Records Move and Transfers
Product Code: SASU100938
If you require to relocate your existing medical records or patient notes library we have a huge range of experience with the move transfer of medical records. All sizes of medical record libraries can be relocated, whether this is within the same building, hospital or health care center or to a different site altogether.
Our trained and experienced team move the medical records or patient notes using our high-density trolleys or specialised move crates which are specifically designed to ensure all medical records are kept in order and traceable during the move. We can provide a full transfer service including providing the trolleys, crates and resources to move all the medical records of patient notes. All types of records can be moved, including Lloyd George and A4 files.
We understand the importance of ensuring that all records are kept in order, and can be located if required during the move process. Our methods allow any medical record to be retrieved during the move process when required, since all crates and trolleys are carefully tracked throughout the process. Finally the notes are placed back within the new system in the same order they were removed from the old system, this ensures all records can be located and picked efficiently as soon as they are in the new location.
We have a huge amount of experience in successfully moving medical records and patient notes, for both NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals and health care centers ensuring continued operation of the medical records department with minimal disruption. Moves can be carried out during week days or weekends.
We also design, supply and install medical records storage solutions including static shelving and roller racking (or mobile shelving). This can be combined with the relocation project to provide a complete turn-key solution to your new medical records library.
We off free consultations and and site surveys, please contact us for further information.
