All tools used when working on electronic components within an EPA must be electrostatically safe.
The ESD tools in our range have electrostatically discharging (dissipative) handles with a defined surface resistance of 106 – 109 Ohms. This ensures “soft discharging” within a set period of time and in a controlled and safe manner, so that sensitive components cannot be damaged.
