Food Provers Custom-designed Spooner provers / proofers, create the optimum proving environment in the best configuration for your plant. All Spooner provers incorporate the Spooner airflow system to ensure even temperature, humidity and airflow throughout. The heating and humidity generation methods are bespoke to each customer and can include gas burners, steam heaters and steam injection. Accurate control of the prover conditions ensures consistent, repeatable performance, with all products experiencing the same environment. Spooner offers a range of prover types to suit the product and plant layout including tunnel, box type, 'L' type, ‘T’ type or a hybrid of any combination to suit your process needs and floor space available. All provers can be supplied with gas or steam for heating, steam humidification and either single or double swings. Spooner provers can be manufactured complete with loaders and un-loaders if required.
