Gas & Oil Vents

It is important that Gas and oil vents are fitted to comply with Document J of the Building Regulations in England and Wales and Part F of the Building Regulations in Scotland, as well as to the flue manufacturer's installation instructions. In the UK the installation must also follow BS5440 part 1:2000 for gas flues up to 60 kW.
