ACID FILLING PROJECT

High strength hydrochloric and sulphuric acid pose their own particular problems but as a machinery manufacturer we still have to deliver a machine that will remain fit for purpose for a substantial lifetime.

This machine, recently designed and supplied for a UK manufacturer of such products fits the bill with contact parts in engineering plastics and borosilicate glasss. The base frame is 304 stainless steel with the option to encapsulate it with polypropylene for an extra barrier against corrosion.

A fully pneumatic control circuit completes the package.
