Protects the operator from entanglement with rotating parts/swarf and cutting fluids. • Top quality guard, made using quality materials ensuring strength and durability. • The PTO 10 protects the operator from the rotating chuck components and protruding shavings and lubricant-coolant. • The PTO 10 lathe guard is attached behind the saddle. • The shield is made from top quality polycarbonate ensuring resistance to high impact and excellent visibility. • The shield is held up by an articulated arm and is highly adjustable because it rotates on a ball socket. • The shield also has a panel that protects the operator from swarf. This machine guards provides full operator safety without hindering productivity. • We can tailor make brackets, mounts and modify guard if required. Complete with safety micro switch conforming to EN 1088. The micro switch will stop the machine from operating when the guard is in the open position. • This guard is CE marked and comes with a certificate of conformity.
