When would I use an In-Line mixer rather than a Batch mixer?

For batch sizes up to ~ 1,000 litres (depending on viscosity), a Batch mixer may be fine. But for larger volumes, an In-Line mixer is often more efficient — because it concentrates its mixing energy on a small volume at a time instead of trying to agitate the entire tank. A compact In-Line can handle much larger batches.
