What particle size can I get when mixing solids with a Silverson high-shear mixer?

If the solids are already finely milled (premicronised) but re-agglomerate when mixed, the mixer can typically bring them back to their original size. For other harder solids, you can often achieve a particle size around 5–10 microns — sometimes smaller depending on the material.
