Biopremier specialises in molecular biology and DNA sequencing services in the food sector. The company has developed innovative solutions based on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). This enables species identification of meat, seafood, plants, allergens and other microorganisms present in food products. Founded in 2003 and privately owned, Biopremier employs 30 highly skilled people.
