100 Metre Marine Oil Spill Kit The 100 Metre Marine spill kit is contained in three 500 litre containers to enable easy storage and to maximise your ability to put these kits in strategic places. By having them in multiple containers you should have 1 kit nearby at all times and be able to move the remaining units quickly and easily to the source of the oil spill. This kit has an massive absorbent capacity of 1500 litres but more importantly is the length this kit can cover. If you are in the position that you need to boom a vessel in the marina or harbour it's more important to know the length that the kit will go to, rather than the sorbency. This is why we have designed this kit to give maximum coverage yet also retain excellent sorbent capacity.
