Tissue Handling We have solutions for jumbo reel unloading and shaft pulling Winder Reel Unloading Reels from the winder are unloaded to the floor where in floor stops catch the reels. A shuttle pan moves reels to the wrapper transfer line The transfer pan moves the reels into the wrapper. Reels can be up to 2200kg mass Heavy Duty Shaft Extraction A Hydraulic lift table moves on rails to the shafted reel. New cores have been pre-loaded into the guide trough. A winch rope is fed through the cores and attached to the centre of the shaft drive collar. The shaft is pulled from the reel and re-cored in one operation
