Pricing Increases

We wanted to keep you informed of some important developments affecting our pricing.

Due to the ongoing situation in Iran, we are now seeing significant increases across our entire supply chain. This includes packaging, paints, oils, and waxes. As of last night, we were notified that paint costs will increase by 15%, with waxes also expected to rise, although final figures are still to be confirmed.

Alongside these increases, we are also encountering growing challenges with the availability and lead times of key materials.

We have always worked hard to keep our pricing as stable and reasonable as possible, absorbing increases wherever we could. Unfortunately, the scale and speed of these recent changes mean that a price adjustment is now unavoidable.

In addition, we may need to introduce a temporary surcharge on shipping. This is driven by a sharp increase in our own fuel surcharge, which has risen from 2% to 11%. This will be kept under constant review and removed as soon as conditions allow.

That said, we want to reassure you that we will continue to do everything we can to minimise the impact. Should costs stabilise or reduce, we will actively look to reflect this in our pricing as quickly as possible.
