What are the differences between the Rotaflow F Series and FS Series swivel joints and how do I choose the right one for my application?
The F Series swivel joints are carbon steel, sized from ¼" to 2", rated up to 300 bar standard, with BSPP male-to-female threads in straight or 90° designs. The FS Series, by contrast, is made from 316L stainless steel, available up to 2" BSPP, capable from full vacuum to 410 bar, and with seal options like Nitrile, Viton®, or PTFE. Choosing depends on your fluid, pressure, corrosion exposure, thread-type, and whether vacuum or high pressure is needed.
