Pressure Sensitive RUSS 150mm (Per metre)

In common with most single ply material, non-reinforced EPDM membranes are susceptible to shrinkage over time. The base tie-in (RUSS) controls the membrane movement and stops the membrane pulling away from the perimeter of the roof and upstand details.

PS RUSS (Reinforced Universal Secure Strip) is used to mechanically secure EPDM membranes to the substrate. Adhesive is pre-applied to one edge and can be installed horizontally or vertically in conjunction with Seam Fastening Plates below the EPDM membrane for additional membrane securement.

• Ideal for perimeter securement and around penetrations
• Used with Seam Plates to securely clamp the RUSS to the vertical or horizontal surface
• Used with EPDM Primer
• Must be used in conjunction with the appropriate fasteners for the substrate
